Marriage as a Vocation
Join us for this three-part series on human love in order to deepen our relationships with God and others, and to understand love as gift of self.
Time & Location
Nov 02, 2022, 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Beverly Cultural Center, 6904 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036, USA
About the Event
Pope John Paul II’s foundational teachings on relationships and the philosophy of marriage is more relevant than ever, in a contemporary culture that has lost the true meaning of human love. The dynamics between men and women has become mired in gender ideology, and a lack of understanding of the human person as a whole: the role of the emotions, the male and female dimension, and the spiritual foundations of being children of God.
This three-part series, led by Fr. Luke Mata, invites us to explore these dimensions of human love in order to deepen our relationships and understanding of love as self-gift.
Schedule:
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Confessions
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Class and Q&A
