About the Event
Young professional women are invited to our philosophical anthropology series, Towards Happiness: Understanding the human person as relational and rational. Join us as we dive into what it means to be a human being.
In this class, we'll cover:
- Self-determination. Happiness depends on our choices.
- Human actions are an integration of the heart, mind, and will.
- We need to build virtue and develop habits that allow us to use freedom well, in a mature, healthy manner.
- Moral freedom grows with my capacity to know my true end, my heart’s longing for that goal, and my strength of will to live accordingly.
Schedule
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Confessions
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Class and Q&A
